| Warranty - The goods are warranted
free from defects in workmanship and materials. If the goods are
defective, they will be repaired or replaced at Stacon's discretion
within the warranty period. Stacon offers a one-year warranty on
all panels and parts. This warranty is given only to the original
purchaser of the product and is void if the product has been damaged
by negligence or accident after purchase, used other than for the
purpose for which it was intended to be used or not used in accordance
with the operating instructions supplied with the product, altered,
adapted or repaired other than by Stacon or an entity approved by
Stacon in writing, or added on to or used with other products which
may affect the integrity, performance, safety, or reliability of
the product. Quotations - All quotations are good for 90 days
from the date of the quote. Stacon reserves the right to make adjustments
after that date. Any changes to the control panel as quoted will
subject the quote to price changes.
Orders - All
orders must be firm commitments supported by a purchase order
matching the quotation for the product. Orders are subject to acceptance
by Stacon.
Price Policy - Prices on parts are subject to change
without notice. The price quoted implies parts or panels will ship
upon completion. If the purchaser cannot take delivery, storage or
restocking charges may apply.
Credit Terms and Condition -
An approved credit application is required. Customers with approved
credit may purchase on net 30-day terms. All other orders will be
shipped COD. Payments are due within 30 days from the invoice date.
Invoices not paid within terms will be assessed a 1.5% interest rate
per month. Past due accounts will be placed on COD terms unless other
arrangements have been made. All past due amounts may be added to
the COD amounts.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled with
written consent of Stacon. The cancellation will include a fee for
any expenses incurred up to that date.
Taxes - We are required to charge sales tax on
all orders in Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Virginia, Connecticut
and Texas unless a certificate of exemption is on file at Stacon.
If your purchases are subject to sales tax in another state, it
will be your responsibility to remit to that state.
Loss, Damage, and Delays - Stacon
assumes no responsibility or liability beyond delivery to the common
carrier. All shipments are FOB shipping point. All damage claims
must be filed with the carrier. Stacon will not be liable for loss,
damage, or delays from events beyond their control, or fire, strike,
civil or military authority, insurrection or riot, embargoes, transportation
delays, or inability to obtain necessary labor, materials, or facilities
due to these causes.
Returned Goods - Please call for a Return
Authorization Number before returning product. Products presented
for repair or replacement will be examined upon receipt. Purchase
orders must be issued for replacement parts. Credit will be issued
for defective equipment upon determination of warranty. All products
that are out of warranty, altered or damaged may be assessed a repair
or replacement charge.
