We started the project by designing the multiple motor control system which would be housed in a steel cabinet that measured 60" high x 48" wide x 16" deep. The panel included controls for a 125 HP compressor motor, 10 HP mixer circulation pumps, 3 HP cooling fans, cooling tower, and chiller circulation pumps of 25 HP and 5 HP respectively. We engineered the panel to have operator pilot devices mounted on the outer door and a terminal block for customer field connections. The system also featured a soft starter for the circulation pumps, variable frequency drives for the compressor motor, as well as ventilation fans and louvers.

The panel was tested at site voltage and all field devices and operations were simulated prior to shipment. Once we guaranteed that all standards and specifications were met, we finished the motor control panel in powder coated ANSI gray and the project was marked complete within 4 weeks.
